Policy 934: Trespass on School District Properties

The buildings and grounds owned by the district are to be used only for educational purposes or other public purposes as approved by the board or its authorized representatives. Any person who comes onto district property and who disrupts the educational processes, or whose presence is detrimental to the morals, health, safety, academic learning, or discipline of the students, or who loiters may be removed. Such persons will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

All school visitors must report immediately to the school’s administrative office prior to proceeding to any classroom or activity. Unauthorized persons will not be permitted in school buildings or on school grounds. School principals are authorized to take appropriate action to prevent unauthorized persons from entering district grounds or buildings.
