Help:
Student Chromebook Claim:
Submit a claim for a student’s assigned Chromebook. Only submit Chromebook claims for repairs, or issues with Chromebooks. Do not submit Chromebook claim for students who need a Chromebook assigned. Do not submit a claim using a different student’s number.
Note: Once submitted please take Chromebook to the office.
Technology Ticket:
Submit a technology ticket for things, such as: Issues with teacher computers/Chromebook, issues with interactive TVs, internet issues, any other classroom technology, or if a student needs a new Chromebook assigned to them.
Maintenance Ticket:
Submit a ticket for maintenance.
