The Board of Trustees of School District No. 58, Bingham County, Idaho met in a work session at 1:30 pm on Tuesday, February 21st, 2023 at the Aberdeen School District office at 268 S 4th W Suite A Aberdeen, Idaho.
CALL TO ORDER AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A QUORUM
Chairman Todd Lowder opened the meeting at 1:34 p.m. Present were Sherrie Mauroner, Amy Burusco and Brian Rowlan. Elaine Blik was absent. A quorum was established. Others present were Business Manager David Burke, Superintendent Jane Ward, Human Resource Manager Dena Blaker and Idaho School Boards Association trainers Lisa Sherick and Monica Pauley.
PURPOSE OF MEETING AND BUSINESS CONDUCTED
The meeting was advertised as Idaho School Board Association professional development services – school Board training.
Lisa Sherick and Monica Pauley trained the Board on basic roles and responsibilities of school Boards and answered questions from those in attendance.
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Trustee Burusco and seconded by Trustee Mauroner to adjourn the meeting. The motion passed and the meeting adjourned at 4:37 p.m.
