As there will be a quorum of the Board of Trustees in attendance at the Idaho School Boards (ISBA) 2026 annual convention. Notice is hereby given that a majority of the Board will be present and in attendance at such event.

Dates: 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, November 4th through 12:00 p.m. Friday, November 6th 2026.
No business of the Board is scheduled or will be occurring.
No meeting of the Board will be held. Accordingly, no minutes will be taken.
This notice fulfills the Idaho State Code requirements for public meeting notices.
