Report cards are used by all schools and at all levels to report student progress to the parents/guardians.
At least two (2) parent-teacher conferences will be held each year in the District schools. Report cards will be given to the parent/guardian when the parent-teacher conferences are held at the end of the quarter. When parent-teacher conferences are not held, the report cards will be issued within five (5) school days following the end of the quarter.
