This board adopts as policy the most current edition of the Idaho Special Education Manual, and all subsequent amendments to the Manual as approved by the Idaho State Board of Education, for implementing the provisions of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
The superintendent or designee will notify and receive prior approval from the State Department of Education for additional policies adopted by the board that vary from the Idaho Special Education Manual.
