Professional Growth
Teachers shall be expected to continue their educational development during their service in the School District. To aid and encourage them in this growth, a program of inservice development may be maintained.
Teacher Responsibility
It will be the responsibility of each certified staff member to achieve or earn the required number of credits necessary to revalidate their State certificate. Furthermore, it will be their responsibility to earn the amount of credits to move up on the salary scale.
District Sponsored
On occasion the District may totally or partially sponsor, supervise, or conduct inservice workshops whereby staff members can participate.
