The Board of Trustees of School District No. 58, Bingham County, Idaho met in a work session by at 4:00 pm on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026 at the Aberdeen School District office at 268 S 4th W Suite A Aberdeen, Idaho
CALL TO ORDER AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A QUORUM
Chairman Brian Rowlan opened the meeting at 4:00 p.m. Present were Amy Burusco, Sherrie Mauroner, James Patten and Aimee Elliott. A quorum was established.
Others present included Superintendent Scott Muir, Business Manager David Burke and Isaac Lowder. Idaho School Board Association Legal Counsel/Mediator Bret Walther was present by video teleconference.
Chairman Rowlan turned the time over to Bret Walther.
Bret Walther discussed the procedures of a reduction in force due-process hearing. Mr. Walther requested that witnesses to be excused and to wait until called upon.
Superintendent Muir and Isaac Lowder presented exhibits to the board.

Reduction in Force Due Process Hearing
Mr. Lowder’s representative Jennifer Oliver was unable to attend the meeting. Mr. Lowder requested that the reduction in force due process hearing to be rescheduled. The reduction in force due process hearing was rescheduled for Monday, July 20th at 5:15 pm.
